I just had a game where I had to dodge because our support locked in Katarina because she didn't get mid and, I quote, said "gonna walk down mid a few times and then go watch Rick and Morty" This is not ok. When can we report people like this, who are obviously trolling, and trying to ruin the games? There are toxic people in champ select, too. We need to do something about the people that make you queue dodge or you auto-lose.
Diablö1 votesMost the time giving an end game report results in action. Have everyone else do the report too and it makes it more likely they will be banned for a few games or so on.

Go research the report system a little more, because what you just wrote is absolutely and demonstrably wrong.
It is stated that the amount of reports per game is completely irrelevant. One report equals nine reports. "Getting people to report someone" is also a bannable offense in itself. Singling out one person and trying to make other people gang up on him is straight up harassment and should be reported

OnlyYouCanHearMe1 votesIt no longer makes the reports any stronger to have a 9x report. It hasn't been that way since the system migrated from the Tribunal to the Instant Feedback System. All it takes is 1 report for the system to review a match. Having extra reports does nothing.

Multiple reports do NOT increase the likelihood of flagging a game for review. One report is all it takes. There is no benefit to asking for others to report a player.

OnlyYouCanHearMe1 votesRiot is aware of this type of situation, and they do have people working on finding a solution to it. But it isn't as simple as implementing reporting in the pre-game lobby. If that were the case, there would be people who would threaten reports for people to try and make them give up roles or champions. Which is something Riot doesn't want to happen. So they are working on finding something that cannot be abused.
