"ineligible to earn loot due to leaving or AFK behaviors."(Riot Lexical knows I did nothing wrong)

As you can see in the picture for some reason me and other people in my game could not connect to servers. I also would appreciate it if I wasn't penalized for something I couldn't help. So can a rioter remove this from my account?
