why everyone have the choice to report all (team/opponent) meanwhile you can only honor one of your team?
if we cannot honor an opponent why are we able to report them? isn't the same game?

I agree. I never understood why riot removed this with the honour rework. We should be able to honour an opponent for making a good game and not just your own team.
A report can be made based on as little as one message (for chat offenses).
Honor is holistic. Why should you be able to honor someone who was a dick to their team just cause it wasn't in all chat?
In KR, they would honor the enemy that was feeding the most and gave them an easy win.
I think that's pretty bad sportsmanship.
Honoring only one person sucks. When I play ADC I almost always honor my support. Vise versa when I'm support honoring adc. But sometimes I wish I could honor my adc/support for the fun lane we had, but also honor my top, jg or mid for their outstanding performance and carry. I had a ranked game where a Yi and Riven were very polite. We had a lux who struggled at first but everyone kept positive and Lux made a really good comeback. That was an example of a game where I wish I could honor my whole team. Hell even my teammates said too bad we can only honor one person.
