First time getting penalized.

So as the title suggests, i just got chat restricted for the 1st time in my 3+ years of playing this game, I don't really consider myself to be tilt proof or anything but lately I've been matched with what i assume being either premades or duos that decide to flame the crap out of me and calling me trash and what not, then after i reply by mocking them before muting them i guess they just proceed to report me as a group... which is in my opinion a really bad way to handle things as the system just looks for bad words in your history.

I don't consider myself to be toxic but rather i tilt easily, and i guess lately the game has gotten pretty frustrating (recently got out of a 11 game losing streak in a 2 day span) and I'm low MMR so i get flamers very often so i think this time i went overboard?

I know just getting a chat restriction isn't anything compared to what a lot of people get and I know for sure i'm not the most toxic person out there but i wish i could see details for my penalty.
