Players practicing in ranked
When players openly say first time Bard and first time Jax in a ranked lobby, there needs to be a option to report player unskilled. Riot please fix that.

why so? they are allowed to play whatever champion they want. noone should force them into playing something they dont want.. simple as that.
The champ mastery 4+ only is a dumbass idea
Also players should only be allowed to play mastery 5-7 champions in ranked play. Riot please fix that.
Do you have 16 champions with master 5-7?
Ive seen first timers do better than people who play the champion and got mastery 5..... just because you play the champion does not mean you are good with it. Also just because you don't play a champion, that does not mean you will do horrible because everyone is horrible their first game.
I do know that even though I do not and have not ever really played draven, I would still have done a better job at it than this one first time draven first time adc I had.....
It is annoying, but being "unskilled" is a matter of opinion. My opinion of your opinion is you are wrong.
Honestly you would have better luck convincing people that when a champion first comes out, they should not be allowed in ranked for a week (when the 7800 ip becomes 6300)..... and even that is silly because it throws a WHOLE new wrench into the gears of the game. Bard was the most troll used new champion though ill have to say lol
best way to fix this. make it so in order to play a champ in ranked. you would have to have played at least 5 normal games with said champ. that way people would at least have some idea of the mechanics before jumping into rankes
