My account got hacked and now I got suspended?

So, I logged on today to see that my account was suspended for 14 days. I got off yesterday after playing kayn and losing. And when I logged onto league, it said that I suspended for 14 days due to trolling and griefing. So I went to the game it said I played and it said I played garen ranked. But I got off of league and basically my computer for the rest of the day and now it says that I also played a singed game. I did not play either of these games nor anyone I know has any of my account information. I am making this post because I don't want to be suspended for something I did not do. I know it is possible for league of legends to track ips from where the account was logged into and you can clearly see this was not me. I haven't been banned or suspended in a long time and I don't want to be penalized for something I did not do. I am willing to provide any information possible to prove my innocence because I did not do this. I have already changed my password to my account but I want to see that I am going to be taken care of because some of the tickets I have provided to the lol boards have gotten zero attention and I usually end up getting no help in my situations. I have been playing you're game for over five years and want to see that my concerns will be addressed. Thanks.

if you have not already done so, try submitting a Support Ticket to Riot.

Why would you not immediately change your password when you saw that someone else had played a game on your account???

So here is the issue with having your account compromised, ... Riot doesn't typically ask for any personally identifying information, so when someone has broken into your account, how are they supposed to know that you have re-secured it? They can't.

In most cases, they will actually ban an account when they suspect that it has been accessed by someone other than the original account owner because it is better for them to deny access than to wait until there is any problem, ESPECIALLY if there is any financial information linked to the account.
