Premades should be punished more severely and more often

Premade groups always gang up and bully the solo player(s). It's human nature to feel a sense of power when you're in a group. In league, someone needs to be blamed for the loss, so the premade always harasses and blames the solo player. They do it tactfully to encourage a retaliation that they will then always report. The favorite thing premades love to do is get people banned. People in a premade should require less reports to get punished, and the punishment should be more severe. People who gang up and bully need to be held to a higher standard.
