Permanently banned but my account has been hacked. Nothing they can do.

I am officially done with League of Legends with Days of going back and forth they have come to the conclusion that they cannot find out if the account was hacked apparently they can't find out so they are going to keep my account banned. £1000+ spent over 1000 hours spent on the game and they come to the decision that they are going to keep it permanent banned if this ever happens to you I feel bad for you because this is pathetic. To say they are a billion dollar company and can't find out if i was hacked or not so just to keep it permanent banned just disgusts me as a player. I'm not restarting because if it ever happens again that's it there's no way of getting it back. They blame it on my security not theirs Mine. Even if that was the case obviously someones got through my security so it's not my fault. I'm not a next level security keeper to keep hackers out of my league account.

I have proven the account is mine. I have told them how it couldn't of been me. I have given them everything about the account and details and how I haven't had any connection. But no they've investigated and there was no trace of it being hacked. I know this is back stab because I HAVEN'T Played or ever been toxic. I play with my girlfriend and that's all I ever did. If any one from riot actually wants to investigate it PROPERLY. Please do that because I'm sick of this I'm sick of being told that I have no hope of getting it back and told they've investigated. Because I know for a FACT That it wasn't me. I haven't played with this new.

I think players should be treated a bit better and know that these things happen and people can easily be hacked without knowing about it especially when you haven't been playing or had a computer to check. I really hope someone can help me.

There is nothing I can say but I can provide any kind of proof to the right people. But I'm actually disgusted.

If any person of RIOT, Will actually help me in trying to get my account back please get in contact with me.

Who all has access to your email? If there is no evidence of anyone hacking your account it means that they went through normal password changing methods using an ip address that is familiar to your account (account wasn't accessed on the other side of the globe). Is there a chance someone besides you knew the password for the account?

When an account gets hacked, they typically do a shield ban to stop access to that account until the true owner reclaims it.

What was the actual reason that you were banned?

Suprised no arbiters or rioters have come by yet. Best of luck on resolving this issue. Maybe try posting the robo responses you got from player "support"

It was gmail account, and Yeah Riot won't help why would they It's silly tbh I'm actually sick of the stupid responces aswel it's pathetic I just wish I could have someone from riot actually Investigate the whole account properly then they would realise that I couldn't of had access to it, It's not even my password or my email address on the account and I can't get it back how silly can they be.

I'm there with you, about 3 months ago my account was hacked, the one that hacked my account played it and was beyond racist and that got my account a 2 week ban, during those 2 weeks i finally managed to get on the account and changed EVERYTHING with the information, and a week ago i went 5/12/8 and that somehow counts as feeding, which got me a perma ban, i argued with them for over a week and all i get is (Were sorry but unless you can provide proof your account was hacked we can't do anything) how can i prove my account was hacked?

You spent a couple thousand on this game? I mean come on, why would you spend that much money? I've only ever spent $10 on this game and that was 5 years ago. After that account got banned I vowed to never spend money on this game. Hopefully you learned a valuable lesson and will use your money more wisely in the future. Maybe someone will create a League of Legends clone and do it right so that Riot can go bankrupt.
