Permanently Banned, Account has been hacked and banned for Toxicity.

Hello Summoners, I would like to know if there is anything riot will do about my account being hacked and PERMANENTLY Banned for being in game toxic. Now I haven't played for about 5 months, I can't remember the exact date that I have stopped playing but I come back and I try to login and I get no where with that so I send a ticket to recover my account and I get a ticket saying that my account has been banned for having all the warnings and 2 weeks suspension from chat and still so it is now permanently banned but I have not had any connection to this at all, I didn't even know my email or password was changed. I have never had a warning nor a ban, Honestly I can't be bothered to be toxic in game even if I wanted too. I know people come on here and say Hacked, and malicious wasn't me. But Honestly it really wasn't me.

I have spent about a year of playing and around £1000, worth on League, and I'm just wanting to get my account back to my ownership and have full control, I would also like the account to be unbanned because I can't see myself replaying and restarting and putting so much money in again, I would rather just quit in general if I can't get my account back because I used to play with my girlfriend and had a lot of time on this game.

I would do anything to prove that I had no connection to it. Thanks in advance for any helps or tips.

Hey Summoner,

Sorry to hear your account was compromised. Please follow all of the steps below to regain control of your League of Legends account and reverse any unwanted actions that the individual who compromised your account may have taken:

Run a complete anti-virus scan on your computer and remove any malware that is detected. If you don't have an anti-virus program, I recommend downloading either MalwareBytes Free or ESET NOD32 with a free 30 day trial. Either or should be able to get the job done.
Once the scans have run and any detections are removed, change any accounts/passwords that you believe may have been compromised. This may include your email account(s) and League of Legends account (if you still have access to it; if not, skip to the "Submitting a ticket" step). You can change your League of Legends password by going to the League of Legends account area in the top-right corner of this page. Click on your summoner name, and select "Settings". In the box that comes up, click "Change Password" and follow said steps. (Make sure that your email account is secure before doing this step, as a confirmation email will be sent to the corresponding email account.)
Now that your accounts are secure, it's time to contact Riot Games Player Support to deal with the unauthorized actions on your account and/or recovering your account.

To contact Riot Games Player Support, you'll need to submit a ticket on the Riot Games Support website. In the ticket, please submit all the requested information along with whatever information you can provide about your situation:

##[NOTE: DO NOT POST THE INFORMATION ON THE BOARDS. SUBMIT THEM IN YOUR TICKET!]

Lastly, to increase your chances of a quick resolution to your request, follow the tips below the best that you can:

Be sure to submit as much information in your initial ticket as possible. For obvious reasons, each Player Support Specialist's request for more information will delay the resolution of the issue.
Be respectful and polite in your correspondences with Riot Support. (They're doing their best to help you!)
Try not create a new ticket or respond to an existing ticket before a Player Support Specialist has had the chance to review your request. New tickets/replies may bump your ticket back to the bottom of the queue, thus increasing the amount of time before a Player Support Specialist is able to review your ticket.

If you figure something out PLEASE let me know.

I played from just before Ezreal release until Nautilus release and quit until a few months ago. I wanted to start playing again and downloaded then went to log in.. I assumed I forgot my password but was afraid I was hacked somehow.

I went through several days of endless emails with Riot providing everything they asked to get into my account. They even stated my account had been hacked from IP logs as well as the ign name was changed to something idiotic.

They finally gave me my account back after a week or so.. I was so pumped and logged in only to get the perma ban message. I emailed them again and they said too bad, perma banned is perma despite the fact they verified my account had indeed been hacked.

All that time, all that money spent on skins... it is heartbreaking and I feel your pain. It is so messed up to me they can verify a hack and acknowledge the hacker got it banned but will tell you too bad, bans cannot be overturned.

If they refuse to help you in the support ticket then your only hope is to get this post upvoted a bunch and hope a riot "higher up" sees it. Tbh, that's the only way some of these cases ever get resolved.

@Corpin I will reply when I find out news, I know its so frustrating, especially when riot takes like 1 day to reply every time it's like you are getting no where with them! especially when one of the replies to me was "Sorry I couldn't see what your reply was" still waiting for the second part of that reply :(... But I will post news and if anything is being done about it because its not fair especially when players spend a lot of time, hard earned money, into a game for it to all be taken away from someone who can just gain access to your account so easily and sly. But thank you for all the replies I really hope someone can get me help with this.

@TheMacChamp, I hope that I can get these upvotes then, or riot will do something about it anyway ... Because It is pretty saddening. Thank you for your response

@Deep Nami Terror, I do not have access to the account as stated in the whole paragraph above, I need help to regain access and yes I have used malware bytes but had no issue. Thank you for your response though.

There is no use, Riot is absoulutley useless, They can't find out that the account was hacked or not. Stupid. As a player I'm just disgusted to be honest. Even if I were to start again what if this happened again. The same situation all the money and time gone. That is my time done on League Of Legends. Disgusted. Good bye.
