Permanently banned but my account has been hacked

Okay now I know that some people will just say that there account has been hacked while it was being toxic or what ever but my account really has been hacked and I haven't been on it for the past I would say 6-7 monthes and I've had no emails telling me that my email or password has been changed on my league of legends account, I try recovering it and I wait a day for a reply, and it says that "I'm sorry to inform you but your account has been permanantley banned" with all the links to see how to be a better player etc, now I've spent about £2000, on the league of legends account and I've spent a lot of time on it and I cannot lose that account Is there ANYTHING that I can do I will be more than happy to do anything to prove that it wasn't me the person who hacked the account has obviously been malicious and toxic in game, I've never had a ban before, and this came as quite a shock to hear this. Please please, if anyone can do anything or give me any advice on how to get my account back, and to get it unbanned. I will be very gracious and appreciate it a lot thank you.

If you believe your account was suspended because it was compromised, then you should submit a support ticket on Riot's official Support site. For your ticket, choose the option "I need help recovering my account" and be as descriptive as possible. Good luck, m'lady.

Yeah I've never been banned before, and my account i have no access at all not even recovery email or anything the account was active a while ago, thats how I know its not me because I haven't been on my computer for months, but I've sent a ticket and explained thank you for the help @NinjaGuy69, I hope i get good news because there's a lot of money spent on that account and I really want to use my skins and champions again, Ahaha.
