FOR ONE, I GOT MY CHAT RESTRICTIONS ALMOST 2 MONTHS AGO. AND I SERVED IT AND THATS FINE. BUT I THOUGHT I GOT MORE THAN ONE GAME. AND THIS GAME I GOT FLAMMED SO HARD BY 5 PEOPLE. HOW is this fair? Can i not even have ONE bad game? I Could understand if i went into a few games and was toxic. BUT I HAD ONE BAD GAME. ONE, and i DIDNT EVEN FLAME FIRST. ALthough yes i was toxic. Can i not even have one bad game and continue? what the fuck is this? For one, while it looks bad, They started calling me trash, and that im a retarded top laner, WELL BEFORE I EVEN SAID ANYTHING TOXIC. WHY THE FUCK AM I BEING PUNISHED FOR GETTING TILTED BY FLAMMERS? HOW IS THIS FAIR? ONE BAD GAME WHERE I GET FLAMMED AND SHIT ON FOR DYING TO MID LANE BECAUSE SHE ROAMED TOP. I EVEN STOPPED FUCKING TALKING FOR MOST OF THE GAME, TILL JHIN TOLD THE ENEMY TEAM TO REPORT ME. (which obviously they did) which is bullshit because he just sat there and shat on me the whole game. There is no set number of games/time frame after a chat restriction for when you are back in good standing. It has to do with whether you are reported in your subsequent matches, or even in the matches while you are on chat restriction, both of which can lengthen the time that you are in "negative" standing.

While some of what was said was generic raging/flaming, the part I quoted above was probably part of what got you reported and banned: calling teammates trash, harassing them for not following roams, calling for reports which is considered harassment, and calling them retards which is considered a form of hate speech. Was this ban a temporary 14 day suspension, or a permanent suspension? If it was a temporary one, I would strongly recommend you /mute all at the beginning of your matches for a while.

  1. your chat restriction is considered strike one.
  2. there is no expiry date on your punishment, you are only clear when you play more game without instances.
  3. based on your chat logs, your pretty toxic, and both a bad influence and teammate.
  4. this one game probably pushed your punishment level straight to a permanent ban.

if you still don't know why, here's the list: A) harassment towards a teammate. B) multiple use of foul and inappropriate language C) Negative behavior D) "afk farming" = unsportsmanlike behavior E) The word "Retards" was used (big one) F) inciting a report (another big one)

the proper question is: how many games did you play since 2 months ago?

punishment tiers drop through games played and not time.

Also, how do you know you weren't validly reported in those games between 2 months and now? Just because it wasn't shown in the reform card (they only show "recent games", and no one knows what "recent" stands for.) doesn't mean you weren't validly reported.
