@Riot: This might be a worthy time to explain to everyone what is getting them banned.

I know it isn't wise to release any information as to what got people banned regarding 3rd party programs, but with the recent flood of bans like this on the forums with claims of not ever using them, wouldn't it be beneficial to the community if there was a thorough investigation of the situation and confirm/deny the idea floating around that it's a program coming along with a driver update? AMD/Raptr being the programs in question. AMD, being the popular hardware manufacturer that it is, is naturally run on a lot of systems and it's almost inevitable that people will have Raptr installed with CCC and running without even being aware of what it's doing and the danger they're putting themselves into.

Whether it's true or not, I believe that it's something that should be looked into if possible.
