This is my first time ever encountering the penalty system and this was the chat that got me banned for 14 days.

Not only that, but to add insult to injury I have a chance to receive a perma ban following my current 2 week ban. And yes, I did use the term "Kys" but I was trying to get the enemy blitzcranks to kill themselves by diving under our fountain at the end of the game. Yes it was very stupid of me, however remind you, this is the first time, and I feel ,compared to other people, that it is rather harsh.

Please tell me your thoughts.

"KYS" comes with escalated punishments due to it being an extremely hateful phrase you could tell someone.

I'm not sure I entirely buy your story, nor would I think that it was acceptable behavior even under that situation. If I get your chat and context right, all the blitzcrank would have seen would be you saying "KYS" as they win the game. A phrase said to mean "kill yourself in real life" almost to the exclusion of all other meanings.

Come to my thread and see some of my complaints. Suspensions are something I absolutely loath.

I wish to continue to sue for changes in the penalty system because they are not right for a game, and are often unjust.

Cheating is one thing, but behavior can be corrected by the mute button.

Your case is ridiculous. Who would have even reported that? The report system should be eliminated because it’s just a bandaide to give people some sense of revenge or comfort in knowing you afflicted another player because you are mad at them or because you lost.
