On a serious note though this is all your fault. You should have known that this would happen if you continued to do it, and now that it finally happened to you you're mad. Yes we all have champions that we dislike facing but so what? Get over it. Maybe next time you'll actually suck it up and deal with it rather than trying to avoid facing champions that you don't like every time that they show up.
If you leave a champion selection screen just because you can't face all those champ then rank game isn't for you. Rank game is for those who are familiar with the game, know how to use 40% of all of LOL champs, knows the map very well, and has good understanding of the game. By knowing how to use all LOL champs you should at least have played a significant champions for all mid, top, bot, jung, and supp.
Just do what I do and have 8 accounts to play ranked on so you can dodge without real penalty if cancer shows up.

Being allowed to dodge against certain champs would give you an unfair advantage, and if it was allowed then everyone would dodge all the time.
