Im sure theres a post about this every second day but.. I was banned for 14 days for calling someone on my team a %%%. Don't you usually get chat restricted first or in certain cases is it bumped up immediately? Thanks,

archerno13 votesFor hate speech first punishment is 14 days and any offense minor or major after gets u perma banned. Hate speech has 0 tolerance policy and Riot usually tries to get rid of people using it asap.

From experience, generally calling your team out for idiocy you can go quite a long time if not forever without punishment. I generally always call out stupidity, in a nice way or not so nice way after 3rd, 4th, and 5th time. Stick to simplicity, not straight toxicity. At least with simplicity, there's a chance albeit small chance things will turn around.
