14 day ban

i got banned for being toxic and hate speech, i skip the chat restriction and riot gave me 14 day suspension as 1st punishment. My cousin told me i wont get any loots and i have to reform. The problem is sometimes people will report you for no reason and riot will still consider that as not a reform. i really want to reform and get loots but theres always someone that will report me for no reasons. My honor drop to 0. i asked riot about this and they don't even reply.
