i got 14 day ban as a 1st offense.I wonder after a long time of period will i drop one tier punishment back? for example my next offense wont be permanent ban and it will be chat restriction. cause now im so scared if i say a single "fuck" it will hget my permanent ban. riot pls answer me im confused

Yeah I would avoid it. That's gotta be a scary place to be in. Don't say anything negative, and I would recommend not even saying neutral things just to be safe. I say fuck all the time in game, but I've never been punished, let alone on the brink of a perma... so I would just not say anything since the ice is so thin where you are.
I don't get bans or chat restrictions and I talk shit almost every time one teammate is just doing the most ignorant thing, so imo you don't deserve a ban for saying f-u-c-k i just use fuc. you probably did more then you are saying.
I got a 14 day ban and I've been out of it since 2 months, I use lots of swear words but nothing happened to me. When you want to say "fuck" just try to make sure it's not directed at someone; "Oh fuck" is fine but "Fuck you noob" is not. And well, yeah, try to avoid them, as they can be considered "negative". Just try to not attract unwanted attention and you should be fine. (Though I still haven't even unlocked honor 1 yet :/)
After the 14 day it goes to perma
A single "fuck" won't get you permanently banned. A single "noob" however could result in one.
What's so difficult about simply behaving like a normal human being?
