The Results of Dodging B/C trolls

I just recently had a ranked match that had a fucking %%%% player troll that played Teemo jg.

1. He didn't speak, he just locked in.
2. He's never played Teemo EVER
3. No one else would be man enough to dodge.
4. I didn't want to get demoted, so I had no choice but to dodge So you have to wait 30 min for dodging 2 trolls in a row? That's BS. This is where RIOT should come in: you should be able to detect WHY that person dodged before giving punishments.
