At the very least if you're going to rage

Make sure you're raging at the right person. I got raged at by my midlaner because he thought I was the one that said something about intentionally feeding when it was actually our adc teemo that said that. So all game it was "omg stupid top laner, what a useless top laner, this top laner will make us lose." At the end of the game I asked him to please refrain from raging in games. He told me "You started it by saying you were going to feed." When I told him that was actually our adc teemo.... "Woops. Surry. Lul"
