So I was just in a game that I lost. and this Jax did really good in it I will admit. Then I start loading into my next game and the same Jax is on my team now and just look how he reacts when he notices its me. I only have two screenshots but while I was taking this he was spamming the chat so there was way to many to screenshot. After I told him I was screenshotting this he even said hes not breaking any rules so theres nothing Riot will do about this. Needless to say this continued into our game and in post-game chat I reported him but because I'm in the 5% most toxic people in league. (thats what it said when I got chat restricted a week ago) you will never listen to my report. Also this guy is prime example of why I'm toxic I rarely instigate it I just respond to people if they're flaming me or my teammates because they shouldn't get away with it for 20 minutes without being told they suck. However of course I get punished and they don't because they may not flame every game but I respond to them every game. That's not the point though. What am I suppose to do since my report most likely doesn't mean anything anymore and since I can't mute them in champ select. Akali Akali Akali

You can open your social tab and block them from there and it will mute them

You already said they were like this the whole game. That means you still refuse to mute them. Don't make excuses, just mute them. You clearly have trouble with holding your tongue when they're being toxic, so just cut them off.

Your reports lose weight when you make false ones, not when you are punished. Unless you abuse the reporting feature your reports are taken just as seriously as anyone else.

The forum is not the place for reporting players. Use a Support Ticket.

Also, you don't need to screenshot lobby chat. The myth that lobby chat is not used for punishing a player was from Tribunal voting because it wasn't shown to players since most people toxic in the lobby are also toxic in game anyway. Just use the report option and mention it in the description.
