Telling me I'm not eligable for loot

I don't agree with not letting toxic people get loot after they are done with their punishment but I understand why you do it. With the current system by how I understand it. For me to reform it should take me 2-3 months to be eligable for loot again. However I play a lot because I'm in between jobs right now. Do you have to remind me I was toxic after evrerygame I understand I was toxic can it stop popping up pls. I don't want to read that for 2 months

imagine you getting used to that message, then suddenly one day that message disappears and you get a chest.

wouldn't that feel good? I'd say keep up the good behavior and hope to be suprised one day.

We're working on putting out a better explanation for this. For players that are punished by the Instant Feedback system and work off the punishment, they will still be restricted from earning Hextech chests or keys for a period while the system ensures that they have reformed their behavior. There is no fixed interval here - if you continue to play with sportsmanlike behavior, you'll eventually get back into good standing. We're looking into making a player's status more clear/visible to help avoid this kind of confusion.

Even Rito hasn't fully explained how the system works. Just gotta wait. However, from what some other people have said, is that the "reform" to be able to receive hextech stuff is different from the 3-month "reform system" used by the automated system.

Retroactive punishments are just the latest in Rito's string of toxic design decisions. They wanna bite the hand that feed them, that's fine, I haven't spent money on this game in 2+ years due to this sort of thing.

agreed. I came out of a ban probably a solid month ago, I paid my due's that riot imposed, and actually have been extremely polite in all my games now, I guess you could say the ban "reformed" me. Is this going to last forever or is there some type of time limit?

I just don't get the logic of it either. "oh yea you were toxic before this system was put in place, now you can't get prizes"

what... if I had known that though, maybe I wouldn't have been a "toxic" player with more to lose.

It's like being a smoker in a smoking section of a restaurant. then they change it into a non smoking section and tell you to GET OUT! because you has previously smoked in it. pretty LAME.
