Riot expects you to behave like a plant ( obnoxious)

Again, when i get the most toxic teammates you can imagine, i get the restriction hammer at the end. It's obnoxious how Riot expects you to not retaliate at all, like you're a plant., Just stick those fingers in your ears and pretend it never happened with the mute button.

1. game:
2. Karthus picks karthus even tho everyone asks him not to, then dies 3 times in the first 5 minutes.
3. Xayah (who is premade with J4) constantly face tanks enemy morgana's snare, and also dies needlesly 4/5 times in 10 minutes
4. j4 (jungler) makes bad judgements and is 1/7 by midgame
5. Top (Rene) is winning early, and i am neutral score with nautilus support early ending game with 3/2/17 I ask jungler to help mid because he died alot really fast > mid starts flame me, I ask jungler + adc to back ( they didn't and died), i get insulted. Later j4 continued trying to 1v4 ( blaming me for not going in 2v4), blocking my Q with his ult then again blaming me, etc. That is the context, here is the copy of the chat (sadly only my part).

Game 2. Adc picks janna, i don't want to play with janna, i pick my own support ( zilean). I get heavily insulted by all except our jungler. I retalliate without insults. Janna feeds terrible, has double the deaths of anyone else....

I'm truly sick of this policy where the most toxic people thrive ruining your game, and Riot just expects you to sit tight and accept that without any retaliation, or otherwise punishes you....

Rito, you are slowly shooting urself in the leg with this policy. Screw you and your "we want a plant-based community" policy.

Ps. Riot shared only my chat. The enemy were terribly toxic from personal to mother insults, no inhibitions whatsoever. I just can't share it with you when Riot doesn't want to share it with me. Selective truth....
