Suspended and until i get back Honor lvl 2, i wont get rewards.

The system that Riot implemented for the case against BM is very profitable.

case 1: player A is suspended and then he/she creates a new account and re-buys champs/skins from banned account. case 2: player A comes from a suspension and has to THEN earn honor lvl 2 before receiving free stuff, therefore he/she buys things that they didnt need to buy.

This system does not decrease BM, it only makes it profitable, no system can eliminate BM but it can be significantly reduced, how? mute button, this has already been implemented and a player that does not like bm can simply mute, done.

Why does this post even matter? well, this system is very draining on accounts that are played on by people with money, it costs a lot to buy skins, etc. I make 10/hr and when this happens to me i have no choice but to buy RP, it sucks, it's not healthy for the company in the long run, ive quit many times before and tried one more time but with this suspension and then to earn honor lvl 2 back... i dont think i'l come back, i wont even get started with what's happened to ESPORTS and pro players not streaming on twitch anymore, i miss Doublelift, Bjerg streaming but that's another topic.

Greed kills, Riot i hope you get what you deserve when this game falls off hard.

Players should not have to mute. That is victim blaming or placing the onus on the victim to avoid abuse. Someone who is following the rules is never at fault for someone violating the rules, and while they may certainly utilize tools to avoid rulebreakers, they are not obligated to and should not be required/expected to have to do so.

it costs a lot to buy skins, etc.

This sounds like the system is working. You don't want to spend money on skins, thus you want your hextech rewards, thus you're going to not be toxic in the future so as to not lose your rewards. Riot doesn't expect players to spend money on things because they're punished. They expect them to not misbehave again (and statistics show this to be the case).

A) It's a free game first all. B) You aren't forced to buy skins. C) It's a free game, you aren't forced to buy skins. ... Z) You're not entitle to buy skins.

you can circumvent the two cases by doing either one of two things(if not both):

  • don't get punished in the first place

  • don't use your wallet on the account. you can do fine without it. the wallet is just a shortcut and nobody is making you do it

game is free, any money you spend is purely optional, this is a joke

I understand your frustration and know what you probably mean. Trying to earn your honor back is considerably harder than it looks. I had a friend who played from Dishonorable to Level 1 Honor and it took him 3 months of /mute all and saying one thing per game just to favor his positive side. He averaged 1-3 honors per game and played 6 hours a day for 5 days a week. Sometimes the Honor System can be complicated and sometimes it can be simple.

Just stay positive and try your best to stay away from the toxic community. Nobody will try to hold your hand and say things are okay, they will likely flame you and if shown you aren't favored by the majority, everyone will flood to hate and shame you. No one gives advice other than rudeness and stating the obvious in your face.

I would advise you to just ignore everyone you play in this game and get Honor 2 back by yourself. Majority of the people will likely not matter in your Life so don't let them. This goes along with the boards too.

If you simply weren't toxic then you wouldn't get reported. If you aren't reported then you won't get suspended/banned or lose honor. If you don't get suspend/banned or lose honor you won't have to worry about any of the things your are complaining about in your post. Did I miss something? I've played this game since season one and never once gotten a warning, it's really not that hard. That fact that this has happened multiple times to you indicates you are getting what you deserve. Riot's system punishes jerks, don't be a jerk.

Building a 10 foot fence and a moat and hiring guards would make my house significantly safer as well, but doesn't mean people trying to break in aren't still at fault.

You don't have to buy skins; if you choose to that's on you. Maybe if you're spending so much money you should be more careful what you type in chat? Or just don't use it at all.
