Literally just 1 game where i was barely toxic and yet I get chat restricted? Our Xayah was spam pinging bard all game, and being toxic to him all game saying hes trash. Viktor was intentionally trolling by stealing our blue from rammus, walking into 1v3s for no reason. Yet I get punished for this? Yet the 3 games before that I was being a good sport saying gj team, and calling out all the good plays they made? This system is a joke.

unfortunately, they (riot) want you to mute the baddies and not talk to them, as to not further tilt the trolls into feeding more...

i used to get banned for the same stuff, now i just try to bite my tongue, not say anything, and let my pings talk for me.

just dont chat at all in game ... dont for the less bit criticize any one on your team or flame them ... and you were flaming

if you use chat keep it generic to the game... like lets do drake

You had 7 games since your 10 game chat restriction. I presume it took you 3 games to get that restriction. So we're at now 4 games out of your last 20 or so played that are toxic and negative.

You currently have a track record of 25% of your games being toxic and negative. Riot wants that number to be 0, but the system allows for a fuck up every once in a while. As in, like, much less than 1% of your games. Not 1%, not 10%, and especially not 25%.

For some advice on how to improve:

Don't bring up score. You can't randomly give them more kills, and you can't make them have less deaths. Everyone can see the scoreboard, you don't need to repeat it.
Don't say "everyone's feeding" or "you fed x lane/champ". Again, everyone can see the score, everyone can see who died a lot and who got a lot of kills. Saying that doesn't change the game and just perpetuates negative attitudes.
Keep pointing out dragons/other objectives that will help you in lane. The line "that drake helps me a lot in lane if you can prioritze it ram" is literally probably the best example I've ever seen in a chat log of a long message that's fully neutral (and slightly positive). That is the type of information chat is for - not discussing the past, but discussing the future/current strategies.
Don't say "gg", "ff", or similar things that make it appear as if you're giving up. The game ain't over until the fat lady sings (well, until the computer lady sings "defeat" that is). As the tips say, people who remain positive are more likely to turn the game around.

If you'd like to discuss your prior chat logs and still have them saved, I'd be happy to look at those and try and offer some advice. But to be quite honest with you, there's just those few things that you need to stop doing, and you should be fine.
