I want to know... what do I have to do to get two people banned besides a simple report!!!

So, I had two guys in a game disrespecting my family... calling my mother a whore... telling me she should die of caner... and my mother HAS CANCER... so when I told them to stop they made fun of the fact that she has cancer and told me to relax because she will die soon... this is not just bad behavior... it's despicable... people would normally take them to court and sue them for such horrible things they said...

So I made a post with their names on it and asked for RIOT to BAN them permanently... and the response was that posting names is against the rules... then WHAT CAN I DO??? So the rules clearly say that it's ok to be as horrible as you want because the worst thing that can happen is that you will get a report??? Is this what we teach online? that being a bully makes you smarter than the others? that being total scum makes you COOL??? I am not a kid... I am a grown man... and I will never tolerate such insults... NEVER... so PLEASE... tell me what more can I do... besides a simple report that is CLEARLY NOT ENOUGH...

I see... so RIOT does like the scum more than us normal good guys.... good job! Teach them how to be scum in every aspect of their lives... teach them that treating people like human beings is for idiots that care about rules... because no one is gonna apply those rules unless they are stupid enough to get caught over and over and over until someone FINALLY punishes them... these are the guys that in the future they will treat their wives and the people around them like scum... these are the guys that in the future they might beat up their wives when they rage... RIOT should know that some part of the blame is on them too!!!

Ya riot has a report system for reporting and punishing scummy toxic trolling players = they like scummy toxic trolls more than us normal guys.
