I was playing supp... my team was losing early, I was playing Lulu to be exact... and I turned the game around COMPLETELY on my own... 3 million shields on everyone, vayne got double and triple kills because of my ults and Es... I made the fed Talon cry by using W on him every single time... I ended up with 39 assists out of the 55 kills of my team...

How many honors out of my team???

0!!! that's right... ZERO... now don't be so surprised that people hate playing support... it's because we don't get any recognition even in our best games... it's because 90% of the league's community are mindless baboons that don't understand even the most basic things about League of Legends... and yeah, you can say this is a crying complaining board, but I am just pissed because after turning around a whole game almost completely on my own everyone turns and honors the Vayne with the 19/7/14 score that from her 19 kills I gave her the 15 for free with my skills and active item skills instead of my 5/10/39!!!

40 freakin assists... 40 freakin free kills!!!! How many do you want to give a damn honor????

No way in hell after the items you got this season. I'd be down to honor a Thresh or Brand but it physically hurts me to honor an enchanter. Also this horse has been dead for many seasons yet you still beat it and make supp mains look like attention whores.

Honestly, that hasn't been my experience playing support.

When I have a good game, I get lots of honors on support. I would say it's no more or less than I get when I play other positions.

I understand your pain. As a support main, I know what it is like getting nothing in return for saving other summoners or setting up plays. But receiving honours is a whole different thing. Just because you get a lot of assists doesn't mean you deserve it. Plus a lot of people play in groups. So they will honour their friends instead of a stranger. Another point is that the game isn't solely based on kills. Its one thing to set kills up but it is another to follow up. Yes it is annoying but its life deal with it. Ps turning around a game is a team effort. There probably is a reason why you didn't get honours because it seems you aren't very humble.

As a support main all I can say is, welcome to the party. There's not point of being pissed. Some people don't care about the supports and others love their supports. I love this role because when I make a god like play and save my team, I feel like I did something. Even though the team may not say anything I know that I've turned the game or fight around.

Don't expect much if you want to be a support player. Just know that you're there to peel and/or front line for the team. Depending on who you're supporting with. A lot of ad's will love you because of your plays, but others won't.

I love supporting people. I don't care if they want me there or not or whatever, but it's the only lane that I can have fun in.

Also, I usually play with a premade of 3-4 and at least one will AD and we just fuck around a bit so it's not too bad for me. But starting out, I was terrible.

You don't get honors every game just from playing support, even if you do well. You won, good job, why are you concerned about this? If you play games without being a jerk then you'll get honors eventually. Not getting honored even when you did really well isn't the end of the world.
