Did they intentionally feed or did they simply have a bad game? Because they aren't going to punish someone for being bad.

Edit: If it is the one where the enemy has Twitch Jungle it really looks like they just got cheesed on.

and another game 3rd in a row. 0/7 teemo 1/9 cait and a 4/12 warwick. all fed cait she had 21/0 before the 15 min mark. AND YET THEY ARE NOT BANNED! but dont worry I didnt say one word. I smiled and lost in ranked the 3rd game in a row without saying one word! NOT ONE WORD! BUT THESE PEOPLE CAN PLAY LIKE BADLY AND YET NOTHING HAPPENS TO THEM AT ALL! AND ALL RIOT HAS SAYS TO DEFEND THEM IS.."IT WAS A BAD GAME!" !!! BUT ILL JUST LOSE AND SMILE AND BE HAPPY CUZ THATS THE PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE STANCE RIOT HAS ON THIS GAME.
