See this is tricky, after reviewing your case it appears the player you matched with was only level 9. To top it off they've only played two games in the last three months.
Looking at the death map, I can confirm (First death 11 minutes) it was more or less influenced by player skill. Almost all future deaths were caused by dying under the tower to Zed, Yasuo, and Kat - all champions that can insta burst new players that don't know how to react too it yet.
My advice is that as you reach level 30 you'll start getting matched more consistently with players of the same skill level. Till then, all you can do is try your best - be supportive to your team mates (Even if there having a bad game) and move along.
ask riot to review the record of match history and chat logs. if you are simply talking about a person just playing bad, you are just here to let your salt out but if your description speaks nothing but the truth then make sure the person receives the justice he deserves through the support ticket
