Encouragement for silver and bronze players

Maybe this sounds familiar to you: Top feeds and continues to; Jungle farms and never ganks, pretty much useless to the team; Mid afks; ADC fed and rage quit; support... for example adc+support have total 4/27 K/D at the end of the game. i think their behavior and gameplay need to be improved. i have an idea that at low elo like bronze and silver players gets more LP for lower deaths and having more CS and more assists based on their positions. and if they feed and have more deaths something like more than 7 they lose more LP than normal. because it is not fair when mid laner try hard and have good CS and low Deaths but your adc and supp may feed and lose the game. in situations like this players with better CS and low deaths lose less LP than normal and players with more deaths and low CS lose more LP than normal. i think in this way bronze players will be encouraged to have good cs and don't dive to enemy and not to die easily.

I'm going to say no due to play styles. Maybe will expand on thought more when phone isn't at 5%.

However, I feel this probably belong more in Gameplay than in behavior. So don't be surprised if it gets locked.

Edit: Nevermind. Wolfcub basically addressed my concern. If my ad isn't doing so hot I will sacrifice myself to save the player on the team that is doing better. But should we lose, I am now being punished more for doing so.

A problem i have with this for example, is often times i am targetted/am blocking skill shots/using my cc and shields and heals to save an ally, and will often end up with 8-12 deaths, 0-2 kills, and 30+ assists on longer games, often being the only one dead out of the team fight.

Putting more emphasis on CS and kills and less deaths will simply make everyone farm harder and not risk dieing, and if the enemy has a dive comp (lee jung, riven top for example) they can tilt an enemy even worse by targetting a single person all game and they will be unable to do anything about it. Currently, if you are targetted, you just become worth less gold, but if you farmed you can keep up...... Your proposal i fear would bring even more toxicity and make people even more afraid of playing ranked than they already are.

It is a team game. A team with all 5 players playing well, should win naturally.

That said, I like your idea. It is kind of like a MVP system.

silver and bronze players, most are crap and there is a small % that are not crap.

I think a better idea would be to lower the gold gained from kills by something like 40-50 percent. This way, feeders don't have that much more of an impact on the game compared to someone who farms well.
