Encouragement for silver and bronze players

Maybe this sounds familiar to you: Top feeds and continues to; Jungle farms and never ganks, pretty much useless to the team; Mid afks; ADC fed and rage quit; support... for example adc+support have total 4/27 K/D at the end of the game. i think their behavior and gameplay needs to be improved. i have an idea that at low elo like bronze and silver players gets more LP for lower deaths and having more CS and more assists based on their positions. and if they feed and have more deaths something like more than 10 they lose more LP than normal. because it is not fair when mid laner try hard and have good CS and low Deaths but your adc and supp may feed and lose the game. in situations like this players with better CS and low deaths lose less LP than normal and players with more deaths and low CS lose more LP than normal. i think in this way bronze players will be encouraged to have good cs and don't dive to enemy and not to die easily.

I think it would be a tremendous benefit to lower ranked players (bronze and silver) to have lp tied to individual performance in a match.

It's not the best for ranks above that though since it discourages playing to the fullest.

Would really like to have something that meant my efforts each game weren't completely lost because my teammates are barely conscious pond scum.

my question for that. how would legitimate but unusual strategies be affected, such as proxy singed, pacifist tryndamere ect? also. what happen if someone starts sabotaging your score, such as by stealing your farm or baiting you into dying?

Very interesting scenario's. I'm not sure and don't believe it's my duty to find an answer to these things. They are potentially outliers and abuse scenario's... which should be hard coded against. They aren't exactly reasons for not implementing a particular system.

Perhaps it could compensate by knowing what those outliers (pacifist, etc) can be or by counting things like whether you warded before venturing out into "unsafe" territory. Those are just ideas that aren't thought out. I'm certain a developer whose job it is to code out abuse and outliers would be better at posing answers to your questions.

pacifist tryndamere doesnt care about vision or deaths, you build full AD and do nothing but attack turrets. if you're about to die. you press R and keep autoing

Yes... I understand the concept.

baiting you into a death at bronze elo is the same as asking if the chicken or egg came first. Basically, did he even know he was baiting or was going to die?

Actually a modified KDA might be helpful. But the players would need to know how it would work - that's the catch.
