I think crests are kind of a weak incentive for good behavior. Yes everyone should be good without rewards but are they? Maybe a better reward such as a holy skin or something for their favorite champ would encourage larger amounts of people not to be dicks. :D
Riot would have to make what? 130~ skins.. That would take so much time and so many resources, and they wouldn't even earn money for it.
if good players can have an angel skin, i petition to riot to give bad players a dark angel skin:)
Or just a little halo on their champ!
I want a devil skin for bad behavior then. ;)
What exactly would we use to define "good behavior"? If we had a reward like this it would likely lead to people honoring eachother just to get the skins.

I hate the correlation between being a good person and religion. No. It's your choice to be nice, don't expect rewards for it.
