Do riot still do temporary bans like 14-days?

They do the following, in order:
- 10-game chat restriction
- 25-game chat restriction
- 2-week ban
- Permaban
Once you get a two week ban your next punishment in the next three months will be a permaban. You can skip to permaban/2-week ban if you are way out of line.
Straight to BANNING if you really mess up.
They have 2 magic words that I believe are 0 to permaban in 0.3 seconds... Both of them are 6 letters long
