Once again: showing why we need a report option in the client

thanks to my awesome censor work you'll never figure out which streamer that is (even when i tell you he has 17 banned acounts, is draven main and his name starts with tyle* and ends with 1)

once again showing even if you send that screenshot to the riot support we all know he wont get banned for it AND I KNOW THAT THIS STREAMER GETS BANNED BECAUSE HE IS TOXIC INGAME THATS NOT THE POINT the point is... you can be nice in the game, add someone after the game AND SAY WHATEEEEEEVEEEER YOU WANT you will not get in trouble.

everyone who says "you can block" yea you can also mute in the game. so what? want riot to remove the report system cause we can mute?
