Permaban is less significant now

I try not to rage as much at new players (kind of hard when coming from plat/low diamond). With new "Dynamic Queue" I no longer care about being permabanned.

I used to have spend $400 on a new account (my girlfriend would spazz when the statement came in the mail lol), to get about 50 - 80 of my preferred champs back, but with "Dynamic Queue" (new champ select) I no longer care about being permabanned. With just $50 now, I can get my necessary champs for top/mid then go to Draft mode at level 10 and now I only need about 4 or 5 rune pages total.

I'm still at a small disadvantage when it comes to masteries/runes and not having all champs makes it impossible to trade, but with spending the rest on IP boost, I can have my top/mid rune pages back by level 25.

Thank you for helping me save a lot of money on toxicity by switching to "Dynamic Queue"

The level grind is still annoying, but now that I can keep $300 - $350 in my pocket, it's not that bad.
