Intentionally feeding
this guy intentionally fed in my game because i took 3 cs from his lane as jg. my team and enemies reported him but i haven't received a notification that he was punished, he started building tears then at the end of the game he sold it and built some boots and got some items to make it look like he was trying, he ran it down mid for 56-7 minutes straight and threw the game. will he be punished?
