Player behavior is getting worse and worse...

These are the problems... And they're getting worse... horrifically worse... to the extent they cannot be carried on any level. It's their attitude that's the problem. IF RUDE, OBNOXIOUS PLAYERS ACTUALLY DID ANY OF THE BELOW... I wouldn't care... but they don't. And nothing has helped them. We need their BEHAVIOR to change.

1. Team Composition - Break the meta ALL you want... but there's no chance in hell you're going to win these days when your team has one slow for cc and that's it. A basic understanding of what teams need in team fighting should be discovered by level 30.
2. Item Building - Attack speed jinx looks cool with all her bullets and hurricane procs but it does nothing to help your team. Building incorrectly is one of the single biggest problems in the game and the "recommended items" that RIOT has put out are simply not acceptable in many cases and flat out incorrect in others.
3. Watching people die. It's not ok. I jg a lot. And when I come to gank, the laner has full hp and doesn't even stop farming... it's not acceptable. You shouldn't be out of bots if that's what you want to do. And this counts for when you watch a shaco kill your jg and you sit in lane doing nothing. At minimum buy a pink...
4. Objectives. Dragons, towers, baron, herald... they all count... but apparently how to control these objectives, when to take them and why everyone on the team should be there for them is lost on 99% of the people I play with these days.
5. Wards... the changes to wards was bad enough. It's a good chance for the league players and for us to watch because it's harder to light the map up like a chrismas tree in proffessional play. But it's now nearly impossible to get teams to ward. 90% of my games are dark when my wards are on cd.

I could go on but I'm don't know what to do. It's not carryable. I've literally sat there and typed "please don't go in that bush", please help me take dragon, "build x, y,z please your builds just getting you killed" and have tried to be nice... It doesn't work. That guy went into that bush, died to a 3v1. That dragon got lost because i had to run from a 2v1. That build wasn't changed and the entire game they ran around without team fighting once because "I die in 2 hits, i can't team fight"...

I just feel like some of these things are common decency when playing this game. And some of the insults and horrific language I've gotten from trying to help people with the above is just... disheartening. And it's getting worse and worse.
