Cool, you can get banned for having a bad game now, how is this legal?

Just bought $100 of fucking riot points and I get banned? Are you kidding? I was only 'toxic' (BS) in three game's at most, when a premade was harassing me because I gave FB vs a level 30 at like level 12 with shit tier 2 runes, then I got triple reported By literally a three man premade with the club tag "NIG-=*" ("GER") because I asked people to report a HYPER TOXIC teemo, who was talking mad shit from the 3 minute mark. I said "fuck off" in another match to a team harassing me. You're system is broken. How do I talk to a REAL person? This is bull! I'm going to charge back the purchase if you don't get me a REAL human to talk to. I've done nothing ban worthy, nor do I have any other programs running outside of Chrome with spotify/youtube.
