I understand what you want, but what is your goal here? Did you get a suspension and you want to contest? Or are you looking to report someone?
Either way, the Rioters on Boards Moderation discord won't be able to assist you with in-game punishments, only the ones on Boards. If you need help with an in-game suspension, you'd need to open a ticket with Player Support.
The best way to contact someone from Riot would be to send in a Support Ticket to Player Support. I do not think they're likely to respond to a request for a Discord conversation on these boards.
Riot doesnt do discord sessions. They will only talk to you through tickets.
You are looking for Riot Tantram. Probably not the only one that could make things happen though.
