Low priority Queue

Riot I've been posting this on twitter but Thought I should bring this to the board. Low priority queue doesn't punish me at all I watch youtube Videos and take care of my dogs in the 5, 10, 20 minutes I have to deal with this whichI would do anyways while in queue as long as I make sure I'm sitting back down at my computer in 5, 10, or 20 minutes later I'm good. side note (If you could make a somewhat decent community I wouldn't go afk anyways) question: is there anyway for it to go back to 5 minutes in the future? It may not be a big deal to you, but im pretty sure most people consider waiting in the low priority queue worse than being banned. I do wish they would escalate to bans after 20 minutes though.

And yes, it will reduce down to 5 minutes and even nothing if you play enough games without leaving. There is even a message that pops up when your status improves now.

If you play through enough games without leaving or going afk. It just takes a lot more games than it takes to get into trouble in the first place.

You do understand that this is a bannable offense if you do it often enough, right?

I'm confused. What is the point of this thread? Are you arguing that you deserve a harsher punishment than the low-priority queue?

Well it is effective for a lot of people who get really frustrated, especially if they play with friends who don't want to hang around for 20 minutes. I'm also curious, you mentioned

If you could make a somewhat decent community I wouldn't go afk anyways

What exactly causes you to go afk on your team? Also It's not exactly like Riot "creates" their community, while they do ban the people that are consistently toxic there's no way to get rid of people getting frustrated in game. Because most people are fine 90% of the time and even when they lose it it's small, but having 10 people in a game means odds are good at least 1 person is having a bad day :/ and what happens when there's 2-3 people in a bad mood. Well that's when you get a toxic game that's just a pain. It's a unique kind of issue that Riot has tried really hard to solve, and I think it's gone decently.

That aside I'm curious what your criteria for afking are.

I mean, then you are the one eventually going to get suspended for AFK, is that worth it?

The there are nine other people defense doesn't work. It's only four other people. And of them at least one of them is the troll/offender if this is not just the OP's fault. The other five, enemy team, really don't care ( They want you to quit or feed. Anything to be able to say gg ez or ez freelo you all suck) and are usually more toxic to you then your own team mates in my experience.
