Long story short: Started playing league again after 3 months, I'd say I quit... 70% because of the trolls and intentional time wasters. I work full time, and kinda have to make the time for league at this point. Anywho, I started playing ranked again and decided "hey, let's be just as toxic as the other jerks, for a laugh" ya know, just to see. Well, I've been more of an asshole than EVER in nearly 3 years of my league career and my honor has never increased so quickly. Just a funny thing I thought Id share.

Yep, I completely understand how you feel. I got punished and dropped to honor 0 for yelling at trolls, and now that I'm all-chat BMing and spamming mastery, taunting my opponents and treating my teammates like bots, I'm almost back to honor 3 :D

Well if your honor is up, good for you! That story sounds pretty inconsistent with what typically happens with being toxic, as it should impede your honor progress.

you need to keep in mind that high honor is not a punishment shield. if you get reported you'll get punished, be it honor 5 or 0

I know how you feel, just recently I got a warning for toxic behaviour for 'insulting' a boosted player who taunted me throughout the whole start of the game where i lose both of my buffs as jg and keeps getting single ulted by this one person. In the end my team one (ranked game) however this boosted player decides to report me for being verbal abuse. 2nd game i get matched WITH him and despite him having the support role he goes jg just to tilt me. THEN I had to play aatrox sup because of this guy. Then my adc tells me that he'll solo lane, but loses and tells me 'fk u' and decides to report me. Adc then afks, top sees bot loses says 'report aatrox'. Like i cannot take this unfairness from trolls.
