Notifications?

I know it is a misleading title but does riot send people messages if someone that they report was reprimanded/restricted/suspended/banned? It has just been a rather small thing thats been on my head that I never actually thought about until now.

Some times you will get a message saying that someone you reported has been punished. But very rarely.

You'll get a message if your report was the one to trigger the punishment. Otherwise, there is no notification.
