ARAM dodger penalty (Long waiting times)
Can we increase the penalty for dodging ARAM? I understand it isn't a competitive mode but waiting for 13+minutes to play just because 4 people decided they didn't want the champion they got isn't fun.

I could agree, and I never dodge, but recently I got sick of facing unfairly OP team comp as a melee champ, especially if 4/5 of my team is melee too.
They first should fix their Aram, a lot.
The penalty is already higher than any game mode. 15min for the first and 30min any subsequent dodge in 16hr. That's completely fair.
