I feel like either the tribunal needs to be brought back, or the report system/bot needs to be cnged

Lately there have been a lot of boards in player behavior about unfair bans, a lot of them are untrue to downright lying, but some of them seem more honest. If you ever say "kys" in anyway, shape, or form, you're banned, for example if your jg says "kys you idiot" and you say "kys? really dude? what have I done wrong" and he reports you, you're instantly banned. What the report system both needs and lacks is context, if a human was looking at all of the chat logs of all of the players in that match, they would clearly see that it wasn't Person B saying kys to Person A, it was the exact opposite.

A really easy way for Riot to do this would be bring the tribunal back, or changing the bot/system to take context into consideration

Anyway those are just my thoughts, what about your's?

This is a zero tolerance subject. The IFS does its job.

Anyone who thinks they are unfairly banned (such as what you described) can submit a support ticket to get a human review.

But no, the system is doing a great job. It's more likely there is a push by some toxic players to spam the boards with threads saying the system is broken, which it isn't.
