Wow, I've never seen this message before, and I've been playing for a few years. I report anyone that's really toxic...
Guess it shows how little impact any of my reports have in the grand scheme of things...
I'm still waiting to get mine from the most toxic player I have ever played with. They don't get banned when I report them though, it seems that Riot only goes after people who stand up to bullies instead of taking their shit all day long.

The funny part is the guy who got banned, I remember who it was.
He said that he could say whatever he wanted in pre game lobby and he would not get banned. He was extremely toxic from the get-go.

I'm glad you didn't spew garbage at them and instead let the reports do their work. I'd have hated to see you post a thread along the lines of "14-Day Ban for this Rito? Refund my scrilla" xD

I FINALLY got one yesterday. Still waiting to hope that the two scripters I had to report end up resulting in seeing that message again.
This is the most satisfying thing in the game to see. When some rager or jerk ruins the game acting like a toxic waste of air for 40 minutes and you hit report... you rarely feel like it mattered. But every so often the Rito gods grace you with one of these and you laugh maniacally for five minutes straight until your girlfriend comes in and asks what the heck is wrong with you.
My point is... it rules.

in my last game flash into enemy to feed and flames the entire team, telling the adc to kill himself. I saw that and I reported her but I dont think it worked.
You know, I've started to doubt the system even works. While I'm glad for you, I'm a little outraged over all the people I've reported with blatant bad behavior who hasn't apparently been caught yet.
You only see the message when you (and your teammates) are the people to report them in their last game right before they get punished. So if you report someone, and they get punished after someone else reports them next game, the next person gets the message, but you don't see anything.
I love when I get those pop ups :) feels so good.
