I mean, in theory there's no point where you can get banned for a poor performance if you're doing your best. In practice, holy crap, 21 deaths before the game is even over is a lot. I think the most deaths I've ever had was 17, and that was playing full AP Sona in a 45+ minute match with the enemy team diving me at all costs in every single team fight, while I was still somewhat new to the game.
