Does your client not allow you to report? Because you seem to use the boards as your report function instead of actually reporting people. Report them in client or through the support ticket system.
This and i dont even know what language it is using numbers instead of letters its weird but they always flame in all chat and such but wont get reported since theyre on an english server it doesnt detect their "bad words" Riot doesnt give a shit they do they? if youre buying skins or champs theyre happy they only care about money. greedy bastards
