with the amount of people who are completely dickheads to play with and account exp bots. how the fuck am i supposed to learn a character?

co-op vs ai teaches players bad habbits, the bots don't play like humans do.

sorry, i dont really enjoy being flamed by people for not knowing what im doing with a new champ.. nor do i like being raped by the amount of smurfs in matchmaking.

If you like to use co-op vs ai by all means do, but I am just saying for new players to the game it doesn't teach them anything really valuable meta wise etc.

I test champions out in the practice mode tool.

thats what i dont understand, the meta doesnt affect noobs at all because of we arent going to be in the competitive scene for a long time. from my experience hopping into pvp game. i go 0-20. get told to kys and stop playing because of how bad i am. that doesnt help me what so ever.. oh and theres 3 people on smurf accounts that are gold-diamond or some shit and have been playing for 10 years.

It's a sad state the new accounts are in, smurfing so absolutely rampant everywhere. Otherwise you're matched with account selling bots when you try the other game modes.

The thing about the people nerd raging at you while smurfing, they are insecure about playing people on a higher level account because they themselves get 0-20'd by better players.

I think it's a power thing and they want to try to control your experience by limiting the challenge on their own experience. Knowledge is power, newer players don't have the games played experience to know subtle things.

matchmaking will eventually start placing you with people of your own skill level. it might take a while but by the time you get to level 15 or so you wont see those gold smurfs anymore.

My advice is to play defensive and pick one or two champs you really want to learn. I don't get how anybody who is averagely smart can get 0/20. Literally all you need to do is stay under your turret, farm minions, and try to poke if you're not good enough to kill. Or pick an easier role like support and learn from observing what others do. The first time I got auto-filled as top, I had no idea how to play top, and I'm still not "good" at it. However, I don't try to push when I know I don't have the skills - I pick a champ I know and love, like Leona, and I stay close to the turret until I am sure I can survive trying to kill. Feeding is honestly your fault alone.
