Can you get banned without using the chat?

In most of my games, I usually spam taunt emotes when I kill someone and use abilities on dead corpses. I assume the enemy team reports me every game, but the thing is, I never use the chat. It doesn't fit the criteria of chat restriction, then onto 14 days suspension, then Perma ban, so how will riot ban me or will I ever get banned?

3 ways trolling inting hacking

It is kinda annoying and frowned upon, but it is not illegal

I believe this is how it works. The system is automatic, after getting reported so many times consistently, then you'll get chat blocked or something. They don't ban someone until multiple steps or hatespeech. They detect hate speech by what you're typing.

So if you're getting reported for bm-ing in game, idk if the system checks and realizes you've said nothing. You could still get reported for other things.

Streamers have gotten banned randomly before for inting and such when they haven't done anything. But they probably just being smart in chat. Like this guy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMSGgwE_yiM

Its rare, and a quick support ticket or tweet fixes it real quick

Simply put: if enough people report you, and you are not popular streamer, you get punished. The reason of punishment is irrelevant as there is no human investigation, but simply automatic system believing every single report is factual and not as revenge tool. Riot has never investigated any ban whose victim is not high priority very popular streamer, as all they care is their rep, not justice.

Taunting and bming isn't ban worthy last time I checked, otherwise there would be no taunt emote. Thankfully, cuz spamming laugh/dance/taunt/joke after getting a bullshit kill is hilarious.

It's not bannable, and if it ever was i'd lose hope on the punishment system

For what you talk about, no you can't get banned for "THAT".

But you can get banned without using chat.

For instance, I met a Panda Teemo who would feed 30 times in 20 minutes.

He got banned within a week.

They watch replays at high speeds and slow down for what they are looking for as it goes by. Our replay tool came from their replay tool, but theirs details chat logs and stuff. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. You don't seem to flame. The act of speaking speaks louder than what you say (speaking as an action).

You're fine.
