Will u get banned for asking for Reports?

Now that the banning system has updated, Riot directly checks your account whether you deserve a ban or not. These days, my friend constantly type "Report me plz" in all chat and he gets more than 6 report a game. He thinks that this doesn't violate the LOL policy, therefore you don't receive a ban.

Moreover, I assume that the community will be tired of checking your account every time you get a report so eventually, they will give up. This can be beneficial because you can offend players in a particular game without getting them to realize.

All in all, is this true? Will you get banned for reporting yourself? I need an Answer.

Its... questionable.

Asking for reports may or may not be problematic (Riot was pretty unclear on that). Additionally, the system saves your report history, and if you are consistently getting reports and the automated system isn't triggered you can get your account suspended after a manual review.

Moreover, I assume that the community will be tired of checking your account every time you get a report so eventually, they will give up.

I have no idea what you're even talking about here. There's no check by the community, because there's no where for the community to check.

You can get punished since is counts as harassment.

You can't exactly report yourself and asking for people to report you isn't considered harassment since you yourself are doing it. Basically if someone on my team isn't playing well and I continuously ask for reports against that player that is considered as bullying/negative behavior. But if you do it to yourself there shouldn't be an issue minus the fact that maybe the system will pick up on something in the chat and believe that's why he was reported.

As far as I know real people don't check the chat's of reported players. It's an automated system that picks up on key words. (i could be totally wrong and if I am let me know :D )

reports only tell the system to check for toxicity. if there was no toxicity found, then the game will discard it.

If there was toxicity found (including the mild ones) then it'll be marked in your behavioral history. If you show consistent toxicity over multiple games (alot of mild toxicity), then you'll be punished.

multiple reports won't increase the chances of someone getting punished.

Riot can ban anyone for no reason. I would bet they won't ban for "report me plz". If anything else is even remotely toxic though; they will use everything against you.

There is a danger that if he does get reported 6x a game regularly, that his account would be manually reviewed. Depending on the person doing the reviewing, they may issue a suspension. The IFS won't give a penalty if there is nothing to penalize, but if Riot thinks, 'This person is so unpleasant to play with that 70% of everyone he plays with reports him. We should get rid of him.' then they will manually issue a punishment.

The IFS also won't ever get tired or bored, so there is 0% chance of sneaking in toxic behavior thinking that the system has decided that it's boring to read all the chat logs or whatever. Also, if you're reported, the IFS checks the game and issues penalties if there is an infraction. So, he's more in danger of being punished for things that would not normally be reported.
