Does the report system work?

A few games ago, this Irelia was being very hateful towards other races and homophobic. Saying things like "die you ni**er" and "stop being a stupid f*g". After they game I reported him for the respectivle options and I haven't gotten an Instant Feedback notif, I'm wondering the report system even works because this game deserves to be suspended for 14 days.

There's evidence on PB&M today of people complaining of bans, so yes, it does work.

It flags the game for review. Keep in mind that a single game is not enough for punishment and it's usually the last report that gets the fabled message that the offending player was punished.
